─── A Think Tank for Smart Vaccine Cold Chain in China

From manufacturingto defining the futureof the industry

We use data, research and global benchmarks to define the next decade of China’s vaccine cold chain. Annual whitepapers, AI + digital twin foresight, and side-by-side comparisons with WHO, Gavi and UNICEF systems put every decision on higher ground.

Editorial Brief

Within ten years, vaccine cold chain will undergo a second transformation

The first transformation moved vaccines from −20 °C bulk freezers to standardized +2~8 °C industrial chains. The second is now under way: from mechanical refrigeration to AI-driven, fully sensed smart cold chains.

China Vaccine Cold Chain Intelligence Whitepaper 2026

From Mechanical Control to AI-Sensed Smart Cold Chain: An Engineering Blueprint for the Second Revolution

This whitepaper (in drafting, planned release Q2 2026) reviews the current state, bottlenecks and discussable future pathways of vaccine cold chain intelligence in China. Data sources include anonymized records of verified Mingyuan projects in the institute case library, public-source syntheses of eight global systems, and internal research-team workshops. The paper will propose a triadic technical discussion framework ("digital twin + AI inspection + federated emergency"). All forecasts carry explicit verification criteria, open for reader audit by 2030.

  • 01China’s vaccine cold chain is approaching the transition between mechanical and smart cold chain, propelled by multiple converging forces
  • 02Per-warehouse digital twin cost is on a declining trajectory; exact annual target ranges will be updated each year in the whitepaper
  • 03Smart replenishment shows structural improvement space over rule-based systems when combining structured and unstructured signals (exact figures per partner disclosures)
